We someone like him to let opponents know there having a game.Woodrow needs some help as well.Jackson always liked to get forward for free kicks and corners when he was in the team.He would also be extra help when defending our own goal area.It wouldn't be the first time we've tried a defender at centre forward.

As much as I enjoyed the spectacle of the brief Big Jean experiment under Micky Mellon, it's a no from me.

It worked with Kenny Burns up front. Now that was funny to see.

When you see something like this - you realise you are watching a different sport at a different moment in time.

Not for me. OK for defenders going forward for corners and free kicks, but to be up there for all the game is a big ask.

Out of our 3 central defenders, I would say Jackson is probably the least comfortable with the ball and not as physical as Pinnock or Lindsay.

Play someone like that up front and you're asking for a very direct approach.

It's you that's suggesting playing a defender up top, not me.

Last 10 mins chasing a goal it may be worth a go. Beyond that, no thanks.
