    0% finance over 10 months with the club absorbing the costs for providing this. Nice one BFC! Those who want this service should be pretty happy with the replacement for Zebra. Wasn't their a 35 quid cost or something associated with this service last season?

    I tried doing it it went through and said ordered but I have not had any email back from V12, has anybody else had an email from them yet? I phoned them but they said they had no received an application even though club say it has gone?

    Just completed mine and it was an absolute doddle.
    An adult and two kids, £50.50 per month for ten months direct debit and no admin fees either (Zebra used to charge £35 on your first payment).

    Great of the club to 'absorb' the additional fees. We're just unflashy Barnsley folk who work hard for our money and the club have made it easily possible to keep our favourite pastime up.

    Big thumbs up.

    Set it up for my nephew last night (in my name, he pays me back every month, so he doesnt have to worry about late fees etc...) had the confirmation through in about 5 minutes, signed digitally and all sorted.

    Did it around 5pm last night and still not had any confirmation through, it’s not on my account history either which is a bit weird seen as I’ve got a email through from Barnsley confirming the order.

    Anyone else had any confirmation emails come through?

    Email came from customerservices@v12finance.com if that helps. Check your spam. Mine came within 10 minutes and it wasn't in working hours, either.

    Just checked unfortunately it’s not there either. It’s also taken away my option to renew my ticket so I presume there’s something processing here

    Not sure what to suggest then. The only other thing I can think of is did it autocomplete the form with a different email address? When you filled out the address/payment info. I used a different email address for the finance part and the BFC part, myself (I did it on purpose though!). I got nothing through from BFC on the 'payment email address'
