Does anyone know another phone number for the club where I can get some customer support? I've tried 01226 211183 numerous times, I just get music for 5 or 10 minutes then cut off. I want to renew mine and my sons season ticket but my son's (9 years old) ticket is down as an adult on the web site. I sent an email to the club yesterday but still no reply. I just want to talk to a human at the club so I can renew my tickets.
You used to be able to tweet at the Box Office account, but they had the great idea to merge them all into one, which never responds to anything. Don't know what to suggest, to be honest. Maybe try 01226 211211 - main club number. They might be able to transfer you through?
Real shame they got rid of that account was very helpful. I myself haven't been able to make contact any other way than going up to the ground since.

This may help, its a reply to someone with a similar problem Beth Sefton Register him a new account. I know he's 6 so won't use it. You can use your email address but you must choose a different password (this is important or we'll not get you back into your account). Once he's registered it will give him a client reference number, this shows in brackets at the side of name. Make a note of this number. Go back to you account and your network. Add him to your network, it will ask for his client reference and surname. Then put a ticket in your basket and assign it to him at checkout. Alternatively contact the box office and they'll do all this for you. I'm just thinking you might miss the early bird deadline so even though it's long-winded to do it yourself you may want to. You will need to provide proof of age before it's processed but at least it will be booked. You can send a scan/photo to boxoffice@barnsleyfc.co.uk and just put his client reference on.
I'm having trouble with mine and all I get is 5 minutes on hold then cut off.... My ticket isn't showing up to renew but my little lads is! I have had it for 20 odd seasons so I'm not sure why it isn't showing up!

You’ve never met her.... As has been posted today, we’ve seen record uptake regards memberships. It’s incredibly busy. Probably the busiest week for many staff. Lots going on, as you can imagine. So as frustrating as some might be getting here and there, the staff are working hard to leave everyone happy. Up the Reds.
I know people would leave it until the last day whenever you had the cut off so it's hard to be critical of that, just with it being the end of the month a lot might have been waiting for payday.
That was why my ticket was not showing they simply changed my e-mail address and hooray it was there.
