Atmosphere in the South Stand was brilliant. Not a spot of bother. Stewards even let us sit where the corden was, so we were with our lot. Got no idea why Barnsley fans went in the Thatcher’s.

We ended up with the away fans within about 5 minutes of kick off and so glad for it!

They must have let 20 or 30 reds fans through the gate at various points during the first half and some more came through after the final whistle.

I was in the home bit of the East stand. Stewards quality all the way through, finally got in the away end at final whistle. Anyone who got trouble either can’t handle their beer or can’t act like a grown up in different company.

We were in the Thatchers End and saw no trouble, apart from a few boisterous teenage Rovers' fans who were being over exuberant supporting their own team.

The people around us sussed out that we were Barnsley fans and they were fantastic about it. Really nice people.

We were in the east stand and got a bit of stick and a few bottles chucked at us. Didn’t help one fan giving it the big en to the Bristol fans, but stewards moved us at HT. They were sound as were the police.

Some young lads in front of us knew him and were laughing and saying he was a pillock.
