    Who do we want to win?

    I have no axe to grind against Sunderland. I actually quite admire the passion that they and the Newcastle fans show - even when things aren't going well. And they keep on going in their numbers, regardless. But you have to say, when things are going tits up for them they are a rich source of entertainment!:)

    Portsmouth. Really gone off the Lesser Red Striped Mags since I started reading their forum. Hope they become an established League One club.

    Did you see the number of empty seats when they were on Netflix?

    I didnt go to SOL but I did go to Portsmouth. So probs Portsmouth. I think they may he nearer to us, talks of owners not wanting them to go up etc and less money to spend.

    True RH, but at 27,600 average for last season, they were in front of both of the massives, plus Cardiff and Fulham, who went up to the Prem!

    Tending towards the marras. I think we'll have a good chance of taking points off them next season (they don't have a very good squad and little money to improve it),plus they'll bring about 4500 to Oakwell so we can make some money out of them

    Talk of new owners for Sunderland again so they might have more money to spend. Portsmouth were 2nd in league for ages too.

    Portsmouth for the entertainment value of the Sunderland forum. Rather Doncaster came up, but I’ve backed. Charlton to win them outright.

    Can’t judge a em all on Morpeth Mackem tbh.
    He’s not from Sunderland anyway as the name suggests .
    I go to Durham miners gala most years and they really are same stock as us .
    The op asked for Sunderland v Pompey but I’d like Donny to go up overall for the Derby and just a little bit of airtime on Dee Dar between the incestuous (made up word ) love in on Owls and Dem Blades.

    Portsmouth, enjoyed the company of every one of their fans I met that weekend we stayed over. Lovely ground and a cracking atmosphere, just a pity the journey there is awful.

    Sunderland, I’ve really gone off them this season, the arrogance of their fans is something else. To say there was 30k that night we played, you could hear a mouse fart in the stadium when they were 3-0 up. Hope they stay in league one for a long time.

    Sunderland for me. Don’t care too much for Charlton or Pompey and the delusions of the Donny fans of how big a club they are/ gonna be is priceless comedy as they continue to be a lower league club. Don’t mind the Marras at least they create towards an atmosphere at their away games.
