If a player can’t handle the pressure of taking a penalty in front of a stand with 5/6,00 people in,
They shouldn’t be pro footballers. Terrible excuse. Donnys first 3 pens were fantastic, funny that the offside merchant missed one of them.
Do you really think their lot would have sympathy for us? No, they wouldn’t. **** em anyway, they’ve got their massive derby back to look forward to.

I agree but it did seem a bit odd that the decision on the pens was taken at the end of the game by a Charlton official accompanied two junior bobbies

Agree they should be able to, but just deciding to take them at that end is wrong. In the villa west Brom game they tossed a coin to decide which end. By chance it was the end that had villa fans and weet Brom fans behind it, just like the away end was at Charlton last night.
Just seems unfair that it was just decided, yoi are correct it's no excuse for missing.

Really enjoyed that. Full house, plenty of goals and the suspense of penalties.

I was wrong about Donny. I didn't think they were good enough to go and get a win. On last night's showing, both teams good enough to beat Sunderland.

The questionI keep asking myself is how the hell have Sunderland managed to stay near the top 2 all season.
