Apparently, this is our Coral Anniversary. It was the best decision I've ever made to marry Crystal. Not so sure for her, though! She has been an absolute rock throughout the marriage, especially when things haven't gone as well as we'd have liked, ie. Laura's health from the day she was born. I still can't believe how lucky I am to have the best wife in the world. Not the most macho post you'll ever read, but then I'm not the most masculine poster.
She's gone out shopping with Laura, old mate, but we'll raise a glass or two later. Mineral water, obviously.
Congratulations mate to both Crystal and yourself. My wife and I celebrate our 47 th anniversary tomorrow. I too wear my heart on my sleeve and can honestly say, that I truly love her more now than I did when we first walked down the aisle in June 72. We will no doubt raise a glass on our happy day and also toast those members of our families and our friends, who sadly are no longer with us. Have a great day with your lovely family Big Lil.
Wonderful post. The best to you and your wife, old mate. We're mere beginners compared to you two. I can only echo your comments when talking of my feelings towards Crystal.
Snap JLW me and my wife celebrated our 35th anniversary in April,,strange tho cos I'm married to the best wife in the world as well.... Must be the same woman lol....congrats and best wishes from us and bugga macho...
My wife is Solid , dependable , caring , loyal and loving. In short she's from good Barnsley " stock". Even though he's lived in Donny for sixty odd years her Dad still likes to go back. They were in Wombwell a couple of weeks ago and last Wednesday visited a Heritage Museum. Can't remember but I'm sure I heard Darfield mentioned. Her family were involved locally as stonemasons. Still has his Chronicle delivered every Friday. A great bloke.
Congratulations to you. Commiserations to Crystal.(Just kidding!) Hope you cooked the breakfast today. Have a lovely day both of you.
all the very best to you both, having said that, Crystal deserves a medal the size of a dustbin lid...................... look at what she could have won. . . GO DWARF ! congrats mate heres to the next 35 eh.
Congratulations on reaching the early rungs of the matrimonial ladder. We'll be on the 69th rung in July!
