Mostly aimed at my generation on here I suppose, but what do you lot play? I'm a PC guy myself, love a bit of Football Manager but mainly stick to strategy games. Sid Meir's Civ etc.

Take a look at Thea 2: The Shattering.

Odd game, but it has completely sucked me in. Based on slavic myths, its a turn based strategy with combat and problem solving based on a card based game.

Been using emulators for years, the wife bought me an nvidia shield for Christmas which is the best android box around.

Currently have approx 20000 games across various consoles. Just started to build up a dreamcast collection, hooked on house of the dead 2 at the moment

I use SNES and Gamecube emulators, even have one for the Gameboy Advance. Great bit of technology.

Definitely. Holding out that somebody someday can create a decent ps2 emulator

Even Playstation 3 games can run on a decent spec computer these days through this: https://rpcs3.net/

(I'm a little bit biased because I've helped to develop this emulator...)

They exist. Maybe not on Android but they've been very good on PC for about 10 years now.

I used to have a great PS2 emulator but sadly don't remember the name. Used to run GT4 on it very smoothly.

    Probably this: https://pcsx2.net/getting-started.html

It's the most used ps2 emu.

If you can't tell... I'm very into emulators.

Obviously only for games I own and have exported myself... ;)

Had one on my laptop, only wanted it for Metal gear solid 2 but couldn't get the settings right for it to be playable

Yeah, you need decent hardware to play most emulators. A good rule of thumb is 3 or 4 times the specs of the original console.

Got xbox 360, xbox one and game cube plus my old Atari 2600. Have raspberry pi with thousands of retro games. Just ploughed my way through red dead 2. One sad 49 year old :)

Not sad at all, mate. The sad ones are those that take it upon themselves to police what others should and shouldn't be doing at whatever age they are :)

PC Gamer here. I'll play anything really. Mainly play Battlefield V at the moment. Escape upstairs from the wife and have some decent WW2 action. Game had a rough start but it's getting better with the live service bringing some content.

Been watching some of the E3 conference and Cyberpunk 2077 looks bloody amazing. Jedi Fallen Order looks pretty good too.

As regards PC games, take a look at Humble Monthly. Around a tenner per month and you get a bundle of games (around 7) with the main offering usually a AAA title. (only the main title and one other is usually revealed before the monthly cut off)
