Let's hope it means they have realised that they can do the biggest games in the region at 3 PM on a Saturday. With a early kick off fans just start drinking earlier and/or hang around longer post game. Those wanting to cause trouble will do regardless of kick off time. It's time to go back to what's best for the fans.
They reverted back to same old same old and that’s why violence is increasing . In the bad old days they treat fans all the same so if any trouble appeared it was the nearest one gets it whatever . This didn’t solve anything and the real hooligans got away mostly Scot free whilst anyone who retaliated/objected to the treatment be the police were the ones arrested . The zero tolerance targeting the real hooligans by govt, clubs , judiciary and police was working in most parts until the Tories Ill thought out austerity measures which has seen crime escalate in almost all categories needs implementing again and vigorously applied in these categories.
To be fair, they have recently launched a safety advisory board to work with fans of the south yorkshire clubs
