    Any Charlton players that you think Stendel would want? Going cheap by all accounts. Feel sorry for them, to get to the Championship and then struggle with owners manager etc before a balls been kicked.

    So they can't offer him a long term contract because they want to sell the club and new ownership might not want him.

    That sound crazy to me. Bowyer is Charlton through and through and just got them promoted and the fans love him. Any new owner shouldn't mind if the current board give him a new long term contract.

    I'm sure he deserves everything he's got from the supporters from what I've read about the situation, but perhaps his patience is waning.
