I think that the concern we share is that the race to be our next Prime Minister is between
a pathological racist liar and a man who during his six years as Health Secretary, did a fine job
in demoralising staff and causing damage to the NHS. The worst thing about it though, is that we the
electorate don't get a say in the matter.

Start a good footballing debate and it might happen. Otherwise moaning about the substance of current posts is a bit pointless and contradictory because you're adding to it.

I wonder where he’d have been if the protester had been a six foot terrorist with a three foot sword.

There I’ve fixed it for you.

Just listened to Eamonn Holmes on " this Morning", say to a Greenpeace spokesperson,
" if you can't take it, should you be giving it out"? All the woman was giving out was some leaflets
regarding Climate Change, she was not in any way, shape or form posing a threat.

The woman was Janet Carter who along with her co-activists were accepted as "guests" by security
on the door and allowed access to the meeting room. There were 350 people in the room who could
all have been put at risk due to inadequate private security arrangements. The only threat and undue
use of force came from Mark Field period.!

May loves running through fields. She's just " run through" Fields and has suspended him
pending a Cabinet Office and hopefully a Police enquiry.

I think it's worked out well for Greenpeace, they've got the publicity they wanted.

What's his vision, Nudger? Seriously. This is a man with a history of no or little planning or preparation for anything. An embarassment at the Foreign Office and made some absolute howlers as London Mayor. The only thing you could loosely label a vision is the one he's always had of himself as PM - feels it's always been his birthright. So what is his 'vision'?

Jeremy Hunt was on the lunchtime news and defended Mark Fields, saying he has
given an unreserved apology. He didn't say as much, but his comment inferred that he thought that
should be good enough and what does anyone expect.!

I was given a good education through my parents working very hard to give me the opportunity.
From an early age I was taught right from wrong, to respect others, have good manners, to be honest ( especially to myself) and to never ever lay a hand in anger on any female. In hindsight, they all appear to be qualities that probably disqualify me from ever becoming a Conservative supporter.

I appreciate you don't think he's going to win so are depressed by the impact on Labour's chances of forming a government, but why would you be depressed at the thought of him becoming PM?

I liken it to a taste test for animal crap. Is cat poo tastier than dog poo? Either way you're left with a bad taste in your mouth!

The man is an absolute low-life, not worthy of the title 'PM', yet unfortunately because he is a laughable buffoon with 'character' who entertains and does jolly things he will become PM. Utterly stark staring mad.

You would think so DB, but he will find a way to trivialise it. He was pictured on the tea time news going
up some steps into a building and his shirt flap was hanging out. He's a real scruffy git.

See the EU have repeated that the Brexit deal will not be re-opened, but Johnson is adamant that he can
have it amended. If he tries to force a no deal through, Parliament are likely to express a vote on no confidence
which could lead to a General Election. That will be no bad thing, because the electorate will then have a choice
as to who they want to run the country.
