Genuinely, not one team worries me. I don't think for one second that we'll runaway with it, but I reckon we'll be comfortable in mid table.

Looking at other teams in this division, it really does look pretty poor. No standout teams, even the relegated prem teams and the playoff failures look dire...

I'm confident we'll do a lot better than expected this season. I think last season's team would be fairly comfortable without any additions.

Despite the bookies having us down as relegation favourites or thereabouts. o_O

I'm open minded about what will happen.

Last time we went up I came back from Ipswich having seen us lose. We'd conceded 4, but I thought that flattered Ipswich on the day, so I was encouraged.

The main man, Hammill found it difficult, but others comfortably held their own - plus we had a system that suited us better away from home, as results suggest.

I hope our pressing game will help give us a foothold in games. After that it's down to how we do at either end of the pitch.

Considering some of the basket cases and certain turds that have been on the brink of flushing for a few seasons (Brum, Reading, QPR etc.) I'd be very disappointed if we at least didn't stay up. I really hope that our momentum and a bit of additional quality spurs us onto better things than 21st place.

I don’t get the rationale behind the bookies making us favourites to fail.
    Trouble is, they’re often right.

In the last 50 years we've been relegated 5 times, including from the Premiership in 1997. I'd say that makes the bookies mostly wrong.

Fair enough but are we relegation favourites every year? Seems that way sometimes

I'm as optimistic as ever, but surviving in the Championship seems to get harder as each season passes. However, we've got a team full of confidence, along with a head coach who knows how he wants his team to play. Just like our last promotion, I think momentum and self belief go a long way. I think we will surprise a few teams along the way. It's nice to dream again!

Reading and Birmingham appear to be proper unflushables, just because three teams worse than them seem to pop up every year. Surely one of them will go next season. Along with Hull, my tip for the bottom of the pile.

I feel that Reading and Hull are running out of lives. Neither is a big club, nor traditionally well supported, lots of new fans that are now drifting away as things are going awry.

I think they are just two of several clubs who's owners have given up the ghost of mixing it with the big boys, and are now going back the other way.

I said that to the father in law today - who's Wednesday fan.

The fixture list looks like the second tier.

There's no clubs in there whose names look out of place in the division as much - even as much Leeds might think they deserve to be in a league higher. (and Wednesday I thought but I didn't say it - we still need baby sitters!)

Will be happy if we stay up. But think top 15 - and will be very pleased with it

I think we could be in for a few bad results - a few 3 - nil or above.
There will always be fight in us - but we are going to be up against some brilliant players.
Our players will soon realise that we cannot lose concentration for a second - the Rochdale goal at the WELL comes to mind.

I would add other possibles as Millwall, Charlton, Luton.
In fact Fulham are the only side who I worry may have too much.
Lots of comings and goings before kick off yet though, so things could change.
I am not scared of any other teams, normal championship, anyone will be bale to beat anyone else on their day.
Anyone who shows consistency will be up.

I was just about to say this, Milwall are my tip to finish stone last, closely followed by Charlton.

I think Luton might be ok if they keep the squad together. Looking at things from this moment there’s plenty of teams in worse positions than us. But then again we won’t have any clue how the season is going to pan out until like October time.

Maybe because we have readily sold our best players who got us promoted in the first place, looks this time like were developing instead of going backwards. I dont think we'll be even close to relegation....COYR
