    True. Looks very much as though they have bought sites in the hope they can build
    on them, but until then, they've flattened the ground and are using the land for car
    parking. Used a similar one in Stratford upon Avon and picked up nails in two tyres.
    Not worth any saving in my book if it costs you to have your Motor put right.

    Looks like an illegal waste site. BMBC are pissing in the wind trying to regenerate the town when there's kernts like this brings it down.

    Change of use, I'd guess. Was a pub/nightclub and now it's operating as a car park. Although not sure where you'd stand regarding that if the place burned down!

    It's a shame the Big Man Shop and the Polish Library doesn't mysteriously burn darn too. Clear the car park and other associated rubbish and it would open up a great vista for that part of town looking down New Street towards New New Street they're going to build.

    Don't hold your breath about the Council doing anything about it though, the canal still hasn't been reinstated at Cork Lane after a developer illegally dug it out.
