    Good thing about this lad, is he already knows Daniel Stendel and Chris Stern, so he understands
    our style of play. Excellent also that he spoke to Bahre about a possible move and the latter
    told him to sign up.

    The lad sounds really keen to get started and saying he's happy to be here is a positive sign
    and already having played in Austria, Germany and Norway, it probably won't take him long
    to acclimatise.

    Another positive for me, is the Board must be listening to Daniels recommendations and this
    signing is probably a further affirmation that the Coach and his assistant will be staying with us.

    I am ever the optimistic and I would also like to think that this is the case. It would be extremely bizarre for Daniel and Chris to not stay for at least the remainder of their contract if not sign an extension. To coin a phrase, the future is bright, the future is RED (poetic licence obviously) :you reds:

    Sounds as though it was a torn meniscus. Hopefully fully fit now, otherwise wouldn't have
    passed (what we are not mentioning. ) Apparently, his nickname in Germany is " old safe hands."

    Andy Giddings on Twitter says the fee and contract length are undisclosed. Why on earth should his contract length be kept quiet?

    It's only a matter of time before we sign a player whose identity remains undisclosed. During games he'll have to wear a paper bag over his head, with 2 holes cut in it.
