Can I ask how old you are? There’s a good chance he isn’t making music for you. That doesn’t mean he’s not talented, just that you’re not his target audience.

I'm 58 and I've liked Stormzy since he started, plus Skepta,Dizzee Rascal. I also listen to Radio 3 and this morning was grooving to Yacht Rock, while doing the ironing. I don't deny myself the opportunity to enjoy all music,Art and people.
    Just weird I guess.

Brilliant young man. Does a lot for charity and his local community- should be a role model to all, regardless of if you like his music.

Gave great shout outs to loads of his contemporaries as well as some of the early grime artists such as Wiley who paved the way.

It's a generational thing. My Dad said that the music I listened to in the 70s and 80s was mostly rubbish. Too loud, too weird, couldn't hear the words, no tune, no talent. He was talking about Bowie, Led Zep, Judas Priest, Yes, Genesis, Stranglers, Siouxsie, Killing Joke and a thousand others who are now household names.

My favourite music quote from my Dad was about Bowie. In the mid 70s someone on TV asked if Bowie would still be around in 30 years time. "No bloody chance" said my Dad.

I thought he put on a cracking show. Not my bag, but you have to realise not everythings aimed at yourself. He seems a decent kid too.

It was garbage salad, from start to finish. Like pretty much all 'grime' music (if that's what it's called this week.....).

Soon be forgotten. All the same folk were worshipping Dizzee Rascal not so long ago, and now he's flogging sports betting on the idiot-box.

Jizzlobber and Malpractice are probably two of FNMs most underrated tunes.

Thought it was great. Stormzy and Dave are brilliant and some great messages in their music. Dave's Lesley is epic. And then straight after on BBC they went in to Evil by Interpol which is one of my all time favourite songs.

Not sure about The Killers tonight. Love their first album but not really enjoyed them since. Saw them back in 2005 headline the NME new band tour in Leeds which was incredible, and saw The Old Dirty Brasstards (10 piece brass band who play classic 00s albums in their entirety) do Hot Fuss at Brixton Blues Kitchen last month. They are genuinely amazing and played Glastonbury on Thursday. See them if you get chance.

I just looked up the definition of music and there are a few, alas none appear to fit.
It’s ok, I’ve no objection to per se but maybe it just needs redefining a little

He might want to ask skunk anansie if he was the first black artist to headline.

I get people don’t like it, that’s perfectly reasonable, If you think it was ***** though you are very wrong.

Didn’t say I hated it. It’s just not my definition of music.
