British Airways fine of £180 million..... Just wondered...

    if the fine does happen where does that money go?
    It's something to do with a breach of data etc but do the people who've been targeted get that money or am I in a fairy fantasy world of what ought to be?

    I believe it goes back into the treasury. If individuals want compensation then they have to take that up with BA individually (I think). Happy to be proved wrong.
