why is it that when any and I mean ANY club on the planet have manager depart that folk on here instantly give it .. "well that's it then"... " They will come in for Stendel" .. " we are fooked".. " what will we do then "..... honestly its like watching Private Frazer & CPL Jones clips from 'Dad's Army' . Pathetic really.

I can't see where they've made a penny yet and if they do get some of there investment in the future it surely means the reds are doing well.Didn't they pay 20million to buy the club in the first place?

We've just come off the back of a really successful season both in terms of results and the way we played. We've signed players that Leeds and Derby ( top 6 Championship sides) fans didn't want to let go we ve won both our pre season matches so far cant we just enjoy things for a bit longer?

I think Pinnock and Lindsay were very easily replaced.. Said before Lindsay was painfully slow and that will be evident next season with a better class of attacking player, he will be a half decent champ defender at best. Pinnock was the better of the two but just don't buy into the theory he was superb. Had a very very easy ride the both of them last season and both unproven at champ level just like the players brought in.

So selling out best assets, not too sure about that statement. I would class Mowatt as a more important piece of the jigsaw now he has put the space work in. Woodrow another, Mcgeehan getting there as well. They have all signed extensions and would be my core. We have signed some great looking players in numbers, if half of them are up to standard it will have been a tremendous transfer window.

Just don't get your negative slant. Entitled to that opinion but just seems a bit bizarre to say they were our prized assets after such an easy season defensively in comparison to what awaits next season.

Expect Stoke to concede plenty of pens with Lindsay's shirt pulling and open jury on Pinnock stepping up.

Personally can't wait for matchday 1 and expect a couple more signings before then as well, more if Moore goes for big money..

If Bruce goes you would have thought Chris Hughton would be a pretty strong candidate. Gary Rowett is still also available. Don't think they'd take Monk after all the negative publicity in recent weeks.

For the first time in a long time we’re more attractive proposition in terms of short and medium term prospects, but money? They could still probably double his wages so who knows?

Wednesday aint the attraction it was, generation on generation of their fans brought up on delusions of grandeur, hirst, waddle etc. They were mid table championship side when their clueless owner, bought the club for his son to play real life champ manager with, spaffing best part of 60 million on old average has beens on daft money, an unbelievable unwillingness to sell players, some dodgepot subsidiary of chansiris in Hong Kong now owns their great big rustbucket that they pay eye watering prices to attend and guess what, their still mid table championship, now looking at the free transfer scraps thats left.
It makes zero sense for Stendal to go there, but this is football were talking about, so wouldnt surprise me in the slightest.
