It’s always the same. IMO - the club should be doing all they can to keep Kieffer at Oakwell. Other clubs fear him because he brings something different to the table. Not just big and awkward - but very quick.
Kieffer had nothing but good wishes and support after his injury. The chanting he got at Oakwell when he came on after it would take some beating But I can understand fans being a bit pissed off him going to wigan who are not exactly tipped for the top and he spoke of wanting to be part of promotion campaigns.
I would always support selling someone unproven at the level we are playing at for 4m who is not long recovered from a serious head injury. But if he failed a medical I'd be Ok with keeping him too. But if we did we would not be getting anywhere near that in January. So now is the time (as long as we got someone in to replace).
If he’s forcing himself to go to Wigan surely he hasn’t recovered from is head injury? The guy must be mad!
Said it before with the others that leave. This is obviously purely a short term financial decision.. He doesn't want to play for us, so if for instance his transfer fell through, would be nothing more than a bench warmer for rest of his contract. Hearts not in it.
Keiffer's medicals are likely to be more complex than most... and probably beyond most in house club doctors... I don't want him to go, but I wouldn't sign him for £4m, either. Personally, I think Wigan need their own heads looking at.. & that's no disrespect to Keiffer as a footballer..
Andy Giddings reported 4 million and he speaks to people from the club every week and is arguably the best and least biased reporter at Radio Sheffield and everyone else seems to be going off a fee the Daily Mail pulled out of thin air, I think I know who I trust out of those two.

players come in players go suppose a bit like a cattle market lol ,, yes was bad that injury, but hmmmm shall we give them headgear part and parcel of the job mate,, as for full commitment NO SITHIIIIIIII >> expressed a desire to leave,, no loyalty there mate Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Kieffer Moore has joined Wigan Athletic. The striker expressed a desire to leave Oakwell and after receiving a substantial offer, the club have reluctantly accepted.
