    There must be a law or regulation that they have to provide refreshment facilities for the fans? And I can't imagine the toilet sinks are the most hygienic places in the world?

    Drink from the sinks where numerous fans pi55 because they can't wait for toilet / urinal. Great advice.

    Given that it is a legal requirement for ALL licensed premises to provide free drinking water then I believe SWFC ARE in breach of the law. I don't believe that each stand is separately licensed so if beer was on sale or is normally on sale anywhere in the ground i.e. home supporters or hospitality then they MUST provide drinking water n (Toilet sinks are NOT acceptable in that context)
