For me I’d give some of the other players a chance.

No Schmidt? I’d be keen to see him get a run out.

If Schmidt plays and bangs in a hat-trick do you drop Woodrow for the match against Charlton? Assuming Woodrow doesn't play and score a hat-trick?

It’s a long season. I’d fully utilise the squad and keep the first team fresh for Saturday, giving the likes of Styles etc to press for a place

No you put Woodrow back in for me. Be a nice problem to have though.

Although I haven't included Woodrow in my 11 for tomorrow night. I think he'd be chomping at the bit to play with him not scoring thus far. Strikers like to get off the mark and play every game.

He will, whatever defence Stendel is planning on playing at the weekend is what I'd be tempted to start with tomorrow. They need time together.

I’d go full strength, whoever he intends to play on Saturday. It’s a new team, the more minutes they get together in a competitive game the better. It’s the only way to develop understanding, it’s hard to replicate in a training environment.

I'll fully trust the managers judgement as to whether he thinks the current 11 are his preferred team and he wants to play them again. We've a big squad now though, so that creates headaches if a player isn't getting any game time at all.

I’d be very surprised if Mowatt plays tomorrow after coming off injured Saturday.

If Schmidt plays and has a cracker of a game, I wouldn't say no to starting him on Saturday.

From today’s presser seems to indicate a few changes will be made tomorrow night.

This is our side this afternoon......

Far weaker than last week when an handful of the first team squad played the first half. I take it as a big indicator that tomorrow night we will see the likes of Pinilos in the squad. I would start Schmidt and Woodrow up front. The perfect opportunity for Schmidt to get a start and for Woodrow to try and break his duck.

With Mowatt being injured could be a good opportunity for Styles.

Need to play as many of Saturday's starting 11 as possible, they need game time together. Mowatt a doubt so Styles replaces him.

Understand the calls for playing a team similar to expected line up for Charlton. However, it's also important to give those who are new to the club or need to get their match fitness up some game time. I think a rest for some would also be beneficial with two tuesday/saturday game weeks coming up. I'd therefore go:

    Collins
    J Williams Halme Mads Pinnillos
Green (if fit?) Styles McGeehan Thiam
    Chaplin Schmidt
