Anyone know where I can get hold of one? Got a flag but it didn’t come with a certificate.

I would’ve thought it was the manufacturer that supplied it with the flag. If you know the guy who takes the Courthouse Reds flag he may be able to help as he carries one around with him.

The large Patrick Cryne/T Preedy flag has the fire certificate permanently sewn into one of its corners. Check whether this is the case with your flag.

Don’t think you can. It either comes with one or it doesn’t. If it doesn’t, eventually it will get taken off you at a game.

It doesn't have to be sewn in. I have the Harrogate Reds flag and when I purchased it in 2008 it didn't come with a certificate. Only in the last couple of years have (some) stewards at grounds asked to see a certificate so I contacted the company I bought mine off and they sent my a certificate on their letter headed paper to say it had been treated and conformed with current standards. I hope this helps.

You can get it flame proofed- various companies can do this and provide certification.
Anything which is fire certified should be retested every 5 years anyway.
