100% a Centre Back and not a Full Back Tore to bits 1st half moved to CB and a Contendor for MOTM in second half
A few around me said exactly the same in the first game of the season. Reminds me alot of when we first signed Stephen Foster and we played him right back for a short spell, he did ok but it was apparent he was a CB.
I said a few week ago on here that he looked like a centre back playing at right back, he definitely looked better there in the second half
He played much better at centre back but let’s be honest, Luton weren’t going full pelt when he switched to there. He does seem more of a centre back though.
He is a decent player. And yet, we’ll probably come up against better a fair few times in the next 9 months. Tough league.
He looked decent at centre back but to be fair he had barely anything to do. Luton has got 3 goals & didn’t push for more. Happy to contain us
Come in for unfair criticism so far but we now live in an age where there's no such thing as time. The worst player this season is one of our oldest and most experienced.
He is never a CB. Diaby is out for a stretch. Halme needs to step up. Leeds rated him in that position, although he was crap vs Carlisle. To be fair the whole team was crap that day, other than Collins.
Bench usually. He only started 19 games for Wimbledon. I actually like him. He's been targeted for criticism but imho he's performed better than most of the other new recruits so far.
He actually got the MOTM, spoke to him after the game, he’s 6.3 not 6.1 as is widely rumoured, and he’s a CB.
agreed, at right back the lad has no positional sense whatsoever, he,s either stood along side the centre backs or caught way up field, the opposing left wingers have exposed him from day 1, he played well at cb yesterday...
He has potential but certainly at full back is not ready for this league and it feels cruel to leave him exposed. Better in 2nd as as CB but Luton has declared by then.
