Posted exactly the same about Flitcroft in a different thread earlier today. Basically said he should be ashamed of himself given what's happened to Bury. So now at Bolton he will be wanting an upgrade on the team coach, regular trips to St George's, hotel stays the evening before every home match!
Proper established lower league club now, Bolton. Can count themselves on a level with the other lower end Greater Manchester alliance: Rochdale, Oldham, Accrington etc
They are going down big time. Nobody would want that job at the moment. Hill makes sense, as he has experience in that league as a firefighter.
Massively surprised to see Rochdale doing well this season. Fair play to you. When you consider the last 10 years as the club's best ever era and the crowds are still non-league it's credit to those involved. And looking what's happened at Bury it shows that money isn't always the answer. Keith Hill is perfect for Bolton right now. He's a responsible coach and will have them upwardly mobile in no time both as a team and financially. Flitcroft back as a number two makes sense. Great at tub thumping but never a manager.
