Guardiola had no management experience when he took over at barca and won everything.

Stendel had limited experience before he came here.

Flicker never had when he kept us up.

Hecky had none when he took over from lee johnson

Experience in management isnt always the be all and end all, unlike some on here like to think

Make of that what you will. Long term project. Success as quickly as possible... with us hopefully!

Not something I find worth worrying about. He’s been linked to jobs all summer.

    If he goes he goes.

I’d rather he stay but I’m sure such as Tonge would be able to step up.

After the Fiasco with Heckingbottom and Morais, the sale of Brad Pott, lindsey, Pinnock and Moore nothing would surprise me about the current owners who see BFC purely as a business project . This was apparent from the Q and A session the other evening.DS looked a bit pissed off then too. Hope he doesn't go but don't hold your breath.

I don't think stendel was the reason they left.

Dale Tonge next BFC head coach then if he goes. Says a lot of our club if any truth in it and Stendel looks at them in their current state as a more attractive proposition.

Potts - moved to a club in a division higher probably trebling his wages
Davies - refused to discuss a new contract
Lindsay - refused to talk to the club
Pinnock - offered to be made the highest paid in the clubs history and captain - turned it down.
Moore - "outgrew Barnsley" and was causing unrest, wanted to move all summer.

    Who's sold who?

I think Adkins is the only manager on this who might take this poisoned chalice. He had a good record at Hull City & would be a good fit.

DS would be mad to take this job. Keeping us up this year is all he needs to do to achieve success & given the promotion last year I think he would have good options in the summer. One may be an improved contract with us, but a move to a lower end Bundesliga club might be more of a possibility, but who knows?

Can safely guarantee one of the leading options when Stendel leaves will be to promote within. Matches the clubs ambitions and limits any compensation we’d have to pay out.

This, if Stendel goes then Dale Tonge will get the job.

I would blame him a bit. Hes not completed the job here yet. Gets us safe in this division and then in the summer it's a different story.

If DS goes this board of ours want lining up against the ponte end wall and shooting with SH.. 1T... They have sold him short hung him and the lads out to dry.... Its not the players fault they are out of their depth in this league nor is it the Gaffers.... What makes me laugh is our board knew we wanted experience but greed and pound notes come before common sense...
They seem to forget that on their own journey to success and those millions they've made... They worked along side people who taught them how to ply their trade and how to be that successful in their field... So why aren't they using that same logic... And applying it to these young lads...
If the gaffer walks.. in my opinion... he can hold his head up high... He's been let down badly by those in charge... In fact they don't deserve any loyality ffrom anyone and that includes us the fans...

After selling majority of best players and replacing them with kids with virtually no experience. Wouldn’t blame him one bit. Clearly why he’s not extended his contract with us already.
