    100% agree, what the Serbs did can never be forgotten. Barnsley took in 100s of Kosovans and many settled and set up businesses. What amazed me was how easily they took to tarn life and picked up our accents. A proper success story that Barnsley can be proud of.

    That makes up for a illegal war, selling off nhs buildings and land to private companies (these trusts are now on their arse) and giving the work shy the time of their lives then.

    That's the thing. Us antiwar propagandists never mention that. War is sh*t, but actually...
    Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Muslim lives were saved. There was no oil. There was no benefit to us. It was done for humanitarian reasons. It was successful, it was expertly applied, it resulted in peace in the region.
    It has been underplayed to the point of no consequence when in reality it was one of the most successful military interventions in history.
    It's probably because there's nothing to bairn about.

    They was a post about him only last week praising him, done a great deal to privatise the nhs and should have been on trial for war crimes.

    No their wasn’t , it was a post slaying him and I contributed ,
    But the Kosovan intervention deserves praise because the Serbs were acting like the Nazis all over again.

    I don’t think anyone is disregarding that there weren’t atrocities by the KLA or any other groups in that region including in Bosnia by Muslims and Croats .
    But the reason I likened the Serbs to the Nazis is because it was state sponsored and was done in the Serbian people’s name and were protected by the state.

    I agree with you Marlon. The Serbs were running riot in Kosovo and Bosnia. Having said that it was a massive NATO led operation with USA over whelming contribution

    But as per the western media you only demonise Serbs - point proven you respond by referring to KLA, Bosnia Muslims and Croats when challenged.

    Kosovo was Serbian land - over time Albanians crossed the border and settled in the area hence the growing Muslim Albanian population. Serbs were outnumbered and the Albanians decided they wanted independence. You have no idea of the atrocities the Serb minority suffered during the war, but of course why would you, you don’t care because you have decided Serbs are evil !
