    Nice words from Chris Stern at the press conference regarding Mr Wroe and saying there going to try and beat Preston for Jeffrey.

    Shameless bump in case anyone hasn’t seen this as they only come on here on match days.

    We are nearly at £4K.

    That’s a great effort and I think shows that despite us all disagreeing on politics, even who the best full backs are or whether we’ll stay up, when it comes to the things that really matter we are all one family.

    I only hope Jeff’s family and friends get some comfort from the knowledge that people care.

    Hi just to let everyone know I’ll be closing the JustGiving page on Thursday next week so that there’s chance to get the funds over to the family of Jeffrey as soon as possible. I would imagine most people who want to donate would have done so by then and there’s also a standard 6-10 day wait for JustGiving to transfer the funds over to me in the first place once I have closed the page.

    Of course people can still donate afterwards if they wish by whatever other method they choose. So can people please share the link again wherever possible to make sure everybody has a chance to donate before Thursday. Thanks.
