    As turned toxic.Gone are the days of good humour.Democracy has died.If you don't tow the party line you're frowned upon and ridiculed .
    I've only been on the board briefly in the past few days ( I commented about Steven Cherundolo).
    I read a post by 55 and counting the other day.To me it was one of the best posts possibly ever written on here.He didn't take anybodys side. He asked for patience regarding the Stendel situation whilst acknowledging the owners brief statement was out of order.I then watched in horror the poor man getting lambasted for his totally unbiased comments.How the poster could get turned upon for simply agreeing with everybody is beyond my comprehension.
    I love this board for what is or more like what it was.Friendly open debate about our football club.
    This board I know as brought comfort to many people suffering from serious illness and mental health problems.All I see now is a fantastic message board slowly dying a death.
    I'll most likely get shot down for my comments but I feel a little bit better now I've got my thoughts put into words.

    The whole country seems at war, social media has taken off since this board came into existence, the things people say to each other they wouldn’t face to face used to stagger me. It just seems normal now.

    what I would say is challenge behaviour you deem unsuitable, call people out who aren’t capable of being polite. We all should, and we all should do it more.

    Opinions differ and debate is fine, I really think we should all try harder to be nicer to each other though
