    If leaving the EU wasn't so bad for the majority of everyone in this country we'd have been out now. Why do you think it's not happened after 3 + years?

    Deep sea fishing is the most dangerous job in the UK, roughly 5 times more dangerous than the worst on land (Waste operative).

    Fishing employs less people than Poundland, and pays roughly the same wages. It brings less to the economy than Harrods.

    Farming is heavily reliant on both the CAP and selling produce to the EU. The Economists for Brexit predict that all but one sector of farming in the UK will fail within the first five years.

    We certainly won’t have the automatic right to go and live there. Even if you do, you’ll no longer get access to the same benefits.

    Brexit isn’t the end of the world for most people. It just makes life a little bit more difficult, with no tangible upside.

    Agreed....that is a more reasonable assessment although " tangible upside " is a wider debate....tbf my comment was in relation to the comment that we won't be allowed to go and live there.

    So when you have the British government having to issue the same common sense diktats that will be ok then and worth the hamstringing of our economy?
    Why do you think the EU introduce legislation on things like fishing, agriculture, health and safety etc? For a laugh?

    Do you eat? Take vital medicine? Do you wish to continue doing so? Because Brexit puts that in jeopardy. And don’t come back at me with ‘project fear’ because it’s a fact that the EU provides 30% of the food that we consume. We also import 37 million packs of medicine every month. Whether you want to believe it or not, leaving without a deal means that there are no agreements to continue those goods coming into the country. And I don’t know about you, but I don’t trust any of the people in charge to get an agreement sorted.
