I think you may have heard the interview with an emotional/bias state of mind, blurred by your fondness of our ex Head Coach.Which is quite understandable.
Not at all. My fondness for the unjustly sacked former head coach is completely independent of my disdain for a weasel like chancer trying to gain a job through brown nosing.
I've not seen his last interview, I cancelled ifollow, but a number of people seem to think his veil had slipped and it sounded like he'd already changed his mind about the job. Curious seeing as he thought it was such an amazing job where he fancied us to beat anyone and was fed up of people saying how young they were and how inexperienced, but not how talented they were. Curious how having seen the squad all season, his views were suddenly so positive when the chance of a job occurred, yet now his zeal and willingness to scorn a professional are much less now his own lack of ability to make progress with these youngsters has been shown.
Now this is where it gets interesting, how do you know he was unjustly sacked? And I am fully aware of the effect that the sale & purchase of players has had on our current position. As they say Football is a results based industry and D.S. reign must have been under scrutiny based on that fact if nothing else. As my mother used to say it will all come out in the wash! (Or will it)?
There'd literally be no crisis if the owners left because they aren't putting a penny into the club. They are investing nothing but are merely making decisions, ones which are growingly looking like bad ones. A bunch of us numpties could certainly manage that.
You’ve drawn a lot of conclusions on Murray’s character and the Owners motivation on not a lot . It’s like saying I think Stendel was sacked because he had a drink problem based on him being seen in the Garrison getting pissed a few times and pictures of him riding to work on a bike because he was still blathered and couldn’t drive a car , all of which I’m sure is untrue but as credible as your hypothesis
You can think whatever you like on the information at your disposal.... i'll do the same with the information at my disposal.
If his sacking was brought about by the poor run of results, why didn't the Board just say that when he left.? We could see for ourselves that the results weren't satisfactory and there was a chance that DS could be shown the door for that very reason. None of us know for certain, but as others have said, his removal might well stem from a difference of opinion over the use of the spreadsheet in the recruitment of inexperienced players that as the Coach, Daniel knew only too well couldn't do it at Championship level. Again it's only speculation, but "something" has upset the owners to the point that he was severed and in the fullness of time, hopefully we might get to know the true reasons.
Some may conclude that your description of Adam Murrays character is also unjust. Also had a brown nose, and had the movement similarities of a Weasel, although I never noticed it with my own eyes.
I do not agree with your comments about Murray. I don't want him in charge of the first team and I've seen little to no improvement whilst he's been in interim charge. But I've seen no evidence that supports the remarks you've made about his character.
Incredibly unfair on the guy. A weasel yes man? Based on one interview, and his first interview with the press no less? It's difficult to take your criticisms seriously when you come out with crap like that.
