So based on last time in Championship, no one will be leaving in Jan and the owners will spend a bit on incoming

In our last spell in the championship we brought in loanees and a 31 year old defender. What are the chances of that happening?

Whichever way you want to look jt it, their best bit of business as far as we're concerned as fans, was Woodrow.

We did, but like many of our subsequent signings, he doesn't really cut it in the championship.

If it's true that they've spent 95% of our transfer kitty, somethings got to give if we want to freshen up the squad.

Either more will have to be sold, or they will have to consider loanees/ free agents.

Or just not bother and go with what we’ve got minus Woodrow. Wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest...

Agree Fitzytyke. If we didn't have Cauley we would have been deeper in it than we are now.
Be interesting to see what the Board do in the January window. Will they dig deep and provide
the money to buy from existing resources, or will they go down the high interest loan route similar
to what they did at Nice.? The lack of information coming out of Oakwell and the delay in bringing in a
    new coach is worrying.

We are almost at the stage where we need promotion form just to stay up. Things do change and a bit of experience at the back could change our draws to wins and our losses to draws. I am not holding my breath though, as there appears to be no urgency in replacing Stendel.

Yep, Cauley is the stand out player for me because he had championship experience when he came, and is still scoring at a decent rate at this level, and they're rarely tap ins.

We're on course for sub 27 points as we're going. Only positive is it would be hard to be worse than 1 win in the next 16 games.

Some seasons in the Championship 41 points would have had you survive or 40 points plus a better goal difference.

With 30 games left , 31 points adrift the chances of one of them seasons coming around again being slim but not impossible.

Then add in the owners and their actions/inactions. the feeling of inevitability from the fans.

    God this is sh it.

Shurrup yer moaning git, alreet .
