When we get relegated. Do you actually think we will get wins in league 1? It will be repeat of this shambles with no attacking options. It will be a young side getting torn to bits on our patch against Accrington. Sorry I love the club I don’t want this to happen. But I can just feel it now. We ain’t gonna be the bigger fish next season put it this way

The Plan works quite well in League One so next season will probably be fun again. But then if and when we do come back up we'll be asset stripped again. I think the tactic could be to have a ST in League One, but then chin if off in the Championship
Can’t see more than 5000 season ticket holders next season if supporters can see clearly the train-crash these owners have caused this season. I’m not obviously but I wouldn’t renew whilst these to$$ers own us tbh.
That’s exactly what I’m thinking. Possibility of fun every other season, interspersed with anger and embarrassment. Could end up with more season tickets in League One than in the Championship!!
It did last time, but I wouldn’t base my expectations on that. Totally agree about watching us in league one and not championship though.

I just think it's a bit daft to say we won't get wins in a lower league when we ve got wins this season.
Specifically I’m stating it will be more a less the same. We have a weaker squad than last season and manage to just get second. What would we of done that without Moore pinnock and Lindsay last season? Also we will be without brown and Woodrow next season if we drop. Replaced by non league players at the best. You’re a good poster Helen and I’ve been wrong many of times posting but I’ve been right about our recruitment from day 1. Not good enough for league 2 let alone championship league 1.
Difference is. We had league 1 players. Now we have unknown players who nobody knows nothing about. Besides our strikers and mowatt and brown
On paper we would have an excellent league one team. The problem is Woodrow & Mowatt would leave & there’s a good chance that Brown & Chaplin would too. Dougall’s contract would also be up & I’d assume he’d leave for regular football (although we have a years option in our favour) meaning we could be starting the season minus 5 of my current first choice front 6. Even then we’d still have about 20 senior pro’s contracted to the club so we would probably have to move a few of them on to get players in. I’d also assume Struber will be sacked unless he comes up with some kind of Plan B & I’d then guess we’ll go a different route away from a foreign coach which leads to your next problem. It might be hard to shift Schmidt, Bahre, Sollbauer & Ritzmaier. You would have to assume they’ve all come here for a significant pay rise so I can’t see sides in Germany or Austria matching them wages unless we contributed some of the wage. They would probably end up back home on loan with us picking up some of the wage. It will be a nightmare. I’d also assume Wilks will go & that McGeehan will push for a move somewhere. I imagine the players who would want to be here who we could start to build round would be something like - Collins, Walton, J Williams, Diaby (unsure), Anderson, Halme, Sibbick, B Williams, Oduor, Styles, Thomas, Simoes. I’d like to think Brown & Chaplin as well but I doubt it. So the defence that everyone is unhappy with would probably remain whilst it’d be the strikeforce & midfield which would need to be rebuilt. The plus side is we would probably have some money to spend to replace them, the bad news is who the boards spent money on in the last 2 years.
