Struber mentioned last week that his team must be able to switch to 2 or 3 different systems during a game.I think there is flexibility using the diamond.
Has he been in the Soul Lounge and mated with some of the wildlife in there? Would he like to attend the Corner Pin tomorrow for Karaoke and a fight?
a lot is spoken about team selection - tactics etc. One problem seems to be that we lose the games we are expected to win and vice versa. If players go out tense and under pressure they don't do well. At Fulham with little expectation they got the season's best result (and I trousered £500 for betting on the right score £10 at 50/1 - but that's another story!!) My question how much work is done on the players 'mental aproach/attitude' and does the manager think this is important?
What were his expectations of Barnsley FC and the Championship when he took the job and what does he think now? Agree with previous contributor he emphasises mental strength and I think he has built a good team spirit.
What type of jeans are best for a wedding? What Is the most appropriate beanie hat for a family funeral? Cheers.
Most success teams can change the system when the primary one is clearly not working whether this be 442 with wingers/wide men or 532/352 with wingbacks - we have the personnel to play any of them
