I did think it was Sean Bean to begin with... maybe that tainted my listening. He might need a lozenge though after the whispering. Very well shot piece, and the sentiment was nice. The words, very meaningful too, and on second listening I can hear the Barnsley accent with hints of a public speaking lilt to ensure folk understand.

I won’t be renewing, I think the vast majority of people on here know why, and I won’t until I see a real change. That’s just me though, I think you and the rest of the media team deserve immense amounts of credit as the standard over the last 2 years has been excellent.

Hazard a guess but I’m sure you can’t stop our board selling off players that start to show for us and then replace them with players not ready to play at this level.

 

The thing is Whitey that for all the hard work that's been done by you, the rest of the media team and the general employees of the club it's all undone by the disgusting behaviour of our owners who have treated supporters like absolute shíte this season so it makes it extremely hard for you to convince people to back those same owners for a further year when there hasn't been one thing come from them to even begin to change anyone's mind about them.

The best you can do to try to convince anyone is to say that barnsley FC doesn't belong to the owners it belongs to the fans. But why would anyone believe that when those owners have rode roughshod over the fans time after time?

 

I’m just a fan who ended up with an opportunity. I wanted to change things for the better. I still do.

I’m really sorry that so many of you feel this way and whether it’s futile or not, the offer is there for anyone who fancies a chat away from the forum.

 

It's an awful position for you and everyone else to be in because you lot are giving out the message that it's our club, you're all doing everything you can to make things better and then Paul, Chien and their mates are doing completely the opposite and I honestly don't see a way forwards whilever they're splitting the club down the middle with their horrible behaviour. I don't envy you but I do appreciate your efforts

Great watch that. 1st time I’ve felt the urge to get back and meet all my mates. Family. Away days. The atmosphere.
Sadly I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel so to speak.

Cracking video.

 

Filmed in 50fps and then slowed down 50% in post production. There’s a clip with Aapo and Jacob where I messed up, near the end. That’s the only frame that looks poor because it’s previously shot footage at 24fps.

But no, no attachments.

Advert. No different to the ones where players were going round to folks and kids houses.

Flowery tosh. I don’t believe for one minute that several on here will ever find anything the club/board do in a good light. Hence moan.

if you want to moan then take the opportunity to go to meetings. And voice your issues. I do.

Others won’t take the opportunity when given.
