I don’t understand this ‘social distancing’ in parks and beaches. I can honestly say that I have never rocked up to either a beach or a country park and set up camp bang next to some one. Always found my own space, even when places have been heaving
I was there mesen - think I saw you - were you the lass in pink tights and a BFC shirt with McGeehan's name on the back - sat near the children's play area on a rug - supping wine?
Looks as though there will be a need to put the McGeehan shirt in a drawer quite soon, if this article is anything to go by. https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/...e-potential-permanent-move-portsmouth-2869322
take your pick ? redHelen - can you confirm it was you that I saw to save any embarrassment to DEETEE ?
Think he's always sounded happy and settled there which is a bit of a shame if we get relegated as he was a key player for us.
I went Cawthorne. It was busy but guess what everyone’s little social groups kept themselves to themselves...
Depends whether you mean the city of Wakefield or Wakefield district I.e. including Fev, Cas, Ponty etc. As a city York is bigger.
mea culpa - mea maxima culpa. hadn't realised Wakefield was a city - well it hasn't got a football team has it! SdM - I think Wakefield was classed as the largest city without a team when York FC was in the Football League. (see question on other thread.)
