Me too. No communication whatsoever. I have checked my account and preferences are correctly set to receive ticketing information by e mail. Apart from purchase confirmations for season tickets and away matches, ive had nofhing else. I will be a bit miffed if i don't receive my ifollow code.
There's an assumption in life that everyone's email address is still current and accessible. When it changes it's impossible to remember and notify every organisation who you have given it to. This is more crucially illustrated with some of my relatives not receiving shielding instructions from the NHS. I have never received NHS communications via email in the past, so personally wouldn't think of updating it with them.
Same here. Not received anything about ST renewal or IFollow code but surely these shouldn't be flagged up as promotional material from the club.
Like I said I get the newsletters by email so should get ST info as well surely. Let's see if I follow codes come out today.

When's refunds being sorted,I emailed club but they said they where waiting for confirmation s of fans not being admitted.
Sorry YT, but I and non of my family have received any e-mail, post or phone call. Checked on E-ticketing and email address, post address, telephone number all there and box's ticked for club marketing etc. No contact has been made from the club for anything. Should we e-mail club?
The way it is in my household is me and the wife both have season tickets. If we don’t know if we will be watching football in oakwell and having to watch iPlayer I would need a refund for one of the tickets and it would be daft to buy 2 season tickets if the football was on iPlayer. Too many unknowns need sorting before I stump up.
I haven't been contacted despite having a season ticket for over thirty years. Neither have I received a reply to my e-mail to the club. The telephone number for bookings is not worth a toss, as it cuts out every time at 77 seconds. If they want a booking line it should be open, giving you the number in the queue etc. Very disappointed.
Two in our household have all the necessary communication options ticked and haven't received anything yet. Checked junk folder and everything. Email address hasn't changed in years so it can't be that.
