There is a global pandemic my friend. Due to social distancing rules and the furlough scheme etc, Barnsley FC is operating a skeleton staffing level right now and has been for months. That means that if the staff who are working, are on the phone, you won't get through. Similarly, due to staffing levels owing to COVID-19, not every email will be responded to instantaneously. I understand the frustrations, but it's just the way it is right now unfortunately. When the EFL decided in their infinite wisdom to roll out codes three days before matches restarted, that has made life very difficult for everyone. If I can help you in any way, drop me a message on here and I'll give it my best shot.

It's not right that you've received nothing. That shouldn't be the case, and once this code craziness clears, I'm sure the issues will be investigated properly.
I’ve still not had my code for ifollow and not received owt abart renewals.. Got a few hours to receive my code
