Decision to loan him out was a huge call. Not the best player but loaning him out has made us weaker. I’d have him ahead of ritz, palmer and styles any day of week.

Yes, but we'll get some brass for him soon, the three you mention, well maybe one day?

Selling Moore to Wigan and loaning Wilks to Hull look like dreadful decisions right now too, as they're both in and around the relegation scrap.

Kieffer Moore to Wigan has been the pivotal decision of the season.
Game after game we have needed an alternative Striker that can change the game.
A player that can bring other players more into the game.

I’m not sure how much difference McGeehan would’ve made tbh. We all loved him last season in league 1 but twice now he’s been shipped out on loan mid way through a season in the championship. I think the division is a step too far for him.

Moore would have been the presence that allowed Cauley to bang em in- hanging around to pick up the pieces.

Given that we have no such decent big bloke around, Cauley's had to move back down the pitch.

I'm not saying Cauley's only a sniffer. I'm saying that getting rid of Moore with no replacement was worse than losing Lindsay.

Pinnock was as big a loss as Moore.

Don’t think it was the decision to sell him, he wanted to leave, it was the timing and not replacing him that’s cost us.

Don’t always agree with you nudger but I’m with you every word here.

It was a ridiculous decision. Selling him and not replacing him, or at least no one who could bring that physicality, was silly. Letting him go to who was always going to be a relegation rival was just as stupid.

They didn’t need to sell both of Lindsey and Pinnock either. Once Lindsay had gone, Pinnock should have stayed - or they could have at least signed someone over 22 to replace him. Had they signed Sollbauer in August rather than January; and kept Moore as an option or brought someone in, I think we’d have had enough to be well clear of the mess we find ourselves in.

Tbf we only got Sollbauer because Struber was our manager. Doubt he was on anyone's radar within the club before that.

Fact remains we needed one experienced, solid defender at least for the start of the season.

Mcgeehan, Cavare, Moore, Pinnilos, Davies, Lyndsay, Thiam, Dougal may have made us stronger than we are now. Good coaching and motivation could have made these players a key part of this squad and run in but we all know these players got a hammering on here because they didnt try, werent fit, only league 1 standard or not good enough at all aspects of thier game. Its shame we didnt recruit better players than them to keep us in this league or are ludwig, williams, collins, ritzmaire, bahre, chaplin, better than them?

Didn’t mind selling Moore. Not getting a like for like replacement was the daft bit.

I think Stendel pillocking about with nippy winger/ strikers with Woodrow in the middle and Moore's injury contributed to the decision to sell and not bring a target man in. I think Schmidt was brought in as cover for Woodrow. I don't think Stendel intended playing the ball in the air to be honest.

It's just a shame Thomas is so woeful and neither head coach seems to have the boll ocks to drop Woodrow.

Cameron hasn't established himself at this level under a number of different head coaches and was our worst player at the start of the season, making very costly mistakes in pretty much every game. He's found his level at league one.
