Relax boys and girls that’s the shi*e performance out of the way !! Onwards and upwards at Luton

On paper stoke are a top 4 side we were due a dog sh*t and an out of sorts performance and I’m glad it was today so let’s get it out of the way. Scrub today, regroup, recharge the batteries and get into them at Luton next match. They’ve been battered today 5 nil and we have gift wrapped stoke 3 out of the 4 goals with defensive errors. Luton are very beatable.

A couple of sore points:

Has Woodrow already been sold and had his head turned ? He has been very poor last few games, doesn’t look bothered at all. Drop him and start simoes.

what does shitzmaer do ? He’s garbage ? Why does he start games

if Patrick sh*t is a professional footballer then I’m a low budget porn star. Casper the friendly ghost would contribute more than him he’s a waste of a shirt. Stealing a wage so put somebody else in instead of him. Walks on the pitch and turns into a missing person.

Hopefully struber can get them going at Luton.....still plenty to play for

Stoke had their kick up the backside in midweek at Wigan. Their manager said he wasn't sure they cared and he got the response he was hoping for. It's just our luck that Luton have also had a kick up the backside today. I wouldn't be surprised if they bounce back against us in midweek now. Meanwhile Barnsley haven't bounced back immediately this season from a defeat by 2 goals or more (disregarding Cardiff → QPR which were 3 months+ apart).

 

I was worried about this one, we haven't done too well against the big physical route one approach at all ie Preston and Stoke....I'd have been satisfied with a point, but gifting them two soft goals in two minutes made it an even bigger task....15 points still to play for.

 

Schmidt...we go down to 10 men when he comes on...... Surely to goodness there's got to be a better choice than him at the club I'd play Barry murphy up front before him...

 

Not sure about he got the response he wanted tbh . I think a better team would have smacked them , it was just luck they played us after Wigan a better team performance would have all about relegated them today imo .
We were woeful and Stoke hardly pulled any trees up ..

 

I'm not sure what folk expected from Schmidt today or why they're being so critical. Brought on at 3-0 down, with 19 minutes left. No service to him whatsoever. The only way he was going to see the ball would have been if he'd dropped deep enough for Walton to roll it out to him. We could have brought bloody Messi on for 19 minutes and it wouldn't have made any difference.

We lost as a team today. Awful from start to finish, and second best in every position. Out fought, out muscled, out classed, out of ideas, out of options. Lucky to keep it to 4-0. It could have been double that.
