    I was gutted to see Stendel go and Struber wasn’t the manager I wanted us to go for but hats off to him, incredible set of results over the past few weeks and to keep this side up, wow! Very well deserved. Top man.

    Phenomenal achievement calming everyone down as well as managing young players. I mentioned to Peachey other week how relaxed he made me about staying up. I let myself get negative n' became too fickle. I apologise.

    What a man. To achieve what he has is absolutely staggering given the situation he inherited. I think a number of people on here were that pissed off with the Stendel situation that the next head coach was never going to be given a proper chance. The smallest mistakes were were jumped all over. I said early in his reign that I believed Struber was a serious operator and yes also I questioned some of his tactical decisions of late but fair play. Hope the board listens to him in terms of player recruitment to take us forward!

    Same, been convinced we were down for weeks and baffled by his selections sometimes but it just goes to show that as a head coach I make a good quarryman !!

    Ermm. I am elated, obviously, But we have stayed up because another club has had a 12 point deduction. Let's not kid ourselves - serious mistakes have been made, and I trust they've been learned from.

    Bloody hell I bet your a laugh .....seriously though.derby and shelf wed should have had points deducted this season. Nevermind next, if you don't follow the rules then the punishment should be instant.
    Mistakes have been made, but getting soulbauer in , giving styles some time, and plus a massive part played by Jack Walton has worked.

    If we're relegated after Wigan's appeal it will be the end of my interest in all sports adjudicated by a professional body and my son will grow up playing tiddlywinks.

    He has earned the right to bring in whoever he wants. Would be good to see more experience in midfield to do the job Sollbauer has done to the defence. This wouldn't be a bad freebie shout....

    Mistakes have been made for sure, but we stayed up because we deserved to. Yes. It will be courtesy of another clubs points deduction but that is what happens when you cheat.

    It's not quite as cut and dried as that...Wigan have gone into admin because they have overpaid the wages of players like Sam Morsy and Kieffer Moore...amongst others.
