    Free agent, always gave us a hard time playing for Blackpool, could be an option if Dykes dosent come. Boro sniffing. 28 though.

    I was expecting him to be one of these big lads with a 1 in 8 goal/game ratio, but he's actually got a good goal record - 25 in 73 in the league, mainly league 1.

    6ft 4in forward with a decent goal return - I'd have him here.

    Should be a cheaper option than someone like Dykes as there would be no fee of course, issue is that if boro are sniffing they will offer more wages than us as a guess.

    Had a good couple of seasons at Blackpool. Certainly be a good acquisition in my opinion. Always looked a handful against us.

    Their parachute money will be drying up now though I reckon. So they'll have to start cutting their cloth accordingly too. They were rumoured to be in for Dykes as well, but that seems to have gone quiet. Maybe they don't have the money they had a couple of years ago.

    The amount of goals he's got in the last couple of years has really surprised me as whenever I have seen him play, especially the game at oakwell in the promotion season he's never looked like a footballer. Made Dave Regis look like Pele.
