    Cant get my head around why they waited so long. Especially letting front line bowlers Broad, Woakes and Bess out there. I would have liked to see another hour - hour and half at em.

    Warney was saying it over and over.
    Have 20 overs at em the 30 runs won't make that much differance.

    Back as it was it would have made sense because if we are batting we can't lose. But now for the test championship wins are very important so if we draw it will look bad. I think with our bowlers fresh and with Pakistan being in the field for more than one and a half full ODIs we are in the drivers seat compared to a draw.

    needed 4 quicks pumping out 5 overs each, that said, think they'll be 20/2 at close, weather will still play a big part

    good day all round, but probably should have another 30/45 mins in the field, bowling in fresh overcast gloomy weather with 4 fresh bowlers, no way are they're gonna get 250 never mind 350 to avoid following on

    TMS seems to have largely given up worrying about the result and is concentrating on Anderson's upcoming milestone instead - they greeted that wicket not with the match score but with an update on his wicket count.

    Bloody weather might still spoil it though.
