The EFL have admitted fault, said they fixed it and are offering refunds so I highly doubt it.

So why isn’t everyone affected the same if it’s only down to poor service from the EFL?

The problems go back a long time before we started being issued with codes though. It’s a mystery to me why only some are affected. It should be rubbish for everyone or perfect across the board

No it's purely luck. You've been lucky that's all.

You've got thousands of people telling you that while they can watch streaming services flawlessly on other providers but ifollow simply doesn't work and your only guess must be that it's their fault? My first guess is that there's something wrong with this one service.

I think it worked out at close to 1 in 10 of our members had issues on the opening day. It was an issue - apparently - with some of the codes sent out. Like I say, assuming this behind closed doors business continues into the next few months (who knows anymore?) then we are going to keep pushing (with other clubs) for a simpler way of granting our members access.

Because there was a problem with some of the codes and not others. I've never had a problem with the streaming at all but I do find them a horrible company in terms of their shoddy practices in anything regarding money so the fact they are refunding people tells me all I need to know.

Andy you’re right here. I know personally how hard the team have work and i could relay many examples of going beyond the call of duty you and your colleagues have done even from personal experience.i thank you and the team for that.

EFL have let you down. They have let the fans down. Im not alone in this. Im not surprised though as i have seen more mismanagement from the EFL than i have good practice. IFollow has been problematic for me since day 1. I struggled through the log in issues putting it down as teething problems. I missed commentary on numerous drop outs. I missed large parts of games on streams as it didnt work. When i complained after missing all goals in a paid game iFollow response was more in line with ‘tough sh**’ than a professional response to fix and compensate. I cancelled. My recent experience is unfortunate i have no choice but to work with iFollow as its the EFL only service. I put season ticket money upfront and trusted the club to find a way to support the supporters. You have been let down by the EFL. So have i and many others.

After such a long period of them working with iFollow i would have hoped they either cut them loose or fixed their customer support and services. We are talking about basic customer support they haven't even got right. They don't even respond in game even when they point to the iFollow chat.

Feel free to use my words in full or part in your engagement with EFL. Im more than happy to be a voice if they want to listen.

all i can say is my experience has been constantly poor since iFollow started. Of course its obvious other peoples experience will be different when we are taking technology and people. Im sure people have differing experiences with general mobile phone usage of course as an example.
