do we stick with 3 at the back?
    I’d play 4-3-3 with
    Walton
    Brittain Sol Mads Williams
    Kane James Mowatt/Styles
    Chaplin/Schmidt Woodrow Simoes/Thomas

    I'd stick with 3 5 2. Helik is a good find.
    Walton
    Soll Andersen Helik
    Williams Styles James Mowatt Oduor
    Woodie Chaplin

    Collins
    Brittain
    Halme
    Palmer
    Kane
    Thomas
    Simoes

I like Oduor but do worry about his ability to track back when playing at LWB. With that in mind I'd be tempted to revert to 4 at the back. Tough decision on who to drop out of the back three though, but wouldn't be against moving Sol to RB on occasions. Has played there before and although he wouldn't offer the same threat going forward, we may be more defensively sound. The issue then is who plays in a front three,. I would like to see Frieser get game time in a front three but I think only Thomas and Simoes have the pace to play in the other positions and they both lack an end product. I'd therefore be tempted to go with a diamond including any four out of the James, Palmer, Mowatt, Kane and Styles.

    4-4-2

    Walton

    Sollbauer
    Mads
    Helik
    J Williams

    Odour
    James
    Mowatt
    Styles

    Woodrow
    Kane

Try something different up front. Kane scores goals and can pass and make the right decisions and could be a good foil for Woodrow.
