Understandable why Hancock should be on to be grilled, so that can't be avoided unfortunately.

But David Lammy. Why does he keep getting air time, another politician who just sits there grinning when others are talking and then notmally spouts rubbish himself.

Surely would have been better to have Jonathan Ashworth there instead of Lammy.

They wouldn’t have Ashworth on because they they don’t usually have two Tory parliamentary spokes people on the same panel

When your only mates are Tories and you actively campaign against your party during an election , it probably makes you a Tory

That's obviously why Starmer has him in his cabinet. Dear me.

Ashworth would have been kicked out of the Labour Party under any other Leader behaving like he did

Starmer is a sky blue at best.

Durkar is bang on. Ashworth is a horrid little lovely person.

Centre ground parties are the only ones likely to be elected, so yeah call it sky blue or magenta depending on the mix.

I get that. I'll vote Labour with Keir in power. But it's watered down Toryism.

Which bit is watered down toryism?

    https://keirstarmer.com/plans/10-pledges/

I voted for Keir on those pledges none of which I feel are anything like tory.

I've never seen those pledges before. Not a single one I disagree with TBH. I'm not sure trade unions are fit for purpose though. If you have the correct laws, workers rights and protections in place, what value do they add?

In my previous work, our employee board which I was part of negotiated better terms in a re-org with redundancies etc than the trade union did for their members.

Starmer should be force feeding these pledges to the public through the media. Particularly like the idea of replacing the house of lords.

    Starmer isn’t sky blue mate.

As you know I’m a JC fan, but he was unelectable, the MSM made him so, but we have to stand firm behind the current Labour Party and stop this Tory Light propaganda which is coming from the left of the party. It’s really not helpful to anyone.

If we don’t we will allow yet more Tory governments and yet more systematic theft of our rights and tax payers money as a result.

I think we need the left to ensure the party doesn't drift too much towards the right.

It’s not drifting to the right, where are you getting that from?

All the mood music coming out of alabour suggests the immigration mugs and invading countries for oil are back on the agenda.

I rejoined Labour too to vote for him too on that basis. Unfortunately he his either rowing back on or abandoning them all. I wouldn’t vote for him now knowing that. Well I can’t because I left again but rehashed Blarism isn’t for me.
