    That would be the best scenario, but we've got plenty of games for the likes of Schmidt, Miller and Victor to put their hands up. We'll need some rotation in next few weeks, and hopefully the gaffer and get one of them to fulfill theirs potential. Big Victor could be that man.

    No point in signing a substandard free striker that nobody else wants when the window is not far off.

    Agreed, do we need another striker though? We've scored 13 in 8 games since Struber left and 8 in 5 since Valerien took over. Victor has a new lease of life, his play in the 1st goal yesterday was superb.

    We need another striker as we are only a Woodrow injury away from looking very poor up front again but I’d presume we can limp through for the transfer window now
