    Daft questions but are you making sure you put capitals where they need to be. Did mine with lower case a couple of weeks ago and couldn't understand why it didn't work

    I copy and paste them. Club just sent me some more and in now. Seems they've had more issues than normal tonight so will look into it.

    I put mine in as soon as I get them. Only didn't work once and I got the refund

    IT's just a thought, I right clicked copied & pasted but also copied the space at the start of the code & it it came up invalid so I deleted the space at the start of the code, hope this makes sense.

    Did check that. Its a common gotcha when copying and pasting passwords/certificates etc in IT systems so did think of that.
