That's like saying I must be a good singer because I was once at a Kylie concert

But that was a game where Jacob Mellis looked like peak Ronaldinho. That's how bad Birmingham were that day.

Jacob Mellis goes in the top 10 worst players we've had too, along with Tom Kennedy.

Can't argue with that. I'd rank Mellis even lower down too because he's an arsehole.

Him and Paddy once destroyed Brighton somehow.

I think Paddy did, Jacob was just present for it.

No, I'm not having that. Not with the goal Mellis scored against Hull in the last home game in Flicker's great escape.

Top 10, not even close imho :)

My abiding memory of Tom Kennedy was his final home game for us.He was near the dugout area, kept looking over at the ref in added time, and as soon as the ref blew for F/T he put in the fastest sprint towards the changing rooms that he'd ever done in a reds shirt.

Have to agree with that. Even if its on the basis that we've had some absolutely dreadful players that would bump him out of the top 10 by default!

He'd seen they were having vol-au-vents in the after match buffet.

Seeking scored one free kick and everyone thought he was Roberto Carlos.

    He was more Roberta Flack.

I quite liked McNulty. And I don't think Wiseman was one of the absolute worst.

I mean Dave Regis and "Deano" Connelly aren't even on your list yet.

Dave Regis is off my list because he set up the winner for Marcelle at Maine Road in 1996. Proper hero (Marcelle that is) Forgot about Connelly.

    Add Frank Nouble

I think I just took a disliking to Mellis. He had 3 good games in his time here, max. He didn't seem like a very likeable chap, and everything wrong with modern football.

And he was a terrible footballer

Did he? I seem to remember it was Whitley of Manchester City who set up Clint for the winner at Maine Road.

But he missed an open goal from about an inch and a half! Nothing forgives that!

Mannone has to go down as shocking too. Certainly for how many points he cost us in such a short run of games.
