    Somebody else was posting confidently last week too. He said that the contract was sorted but they didn't want to announce anything whilst the player was off sick with Covid. Forget who it was?

    No one should treat it as a fact I did not say it was a fact I heard it from another Reds fan and the remark about Mowatt was also on the Youtube channel Tykes TV. if you are not in agreement and there are some more posters who like you do not agree with supporters telling what they have heard about this club on a supporters forum then I'm afraid is it worth posting, I will in future if I find anything about our club I'll keep it to misen.

    My point about Mowatt was in hope. If someone has heard owt positive that's sumat to cling to.

    We can jest but the money that could come in from a possible sale of Styles could strengthen the team and the club and take it up a notch. We'd lose a class player but might be able to eat at a different table recruitment wise.

    You're right people scoff at it but these owners and Dane are on record as saying promotion to the Premiership is one of the goals. They just want to use a different model.

    You post what ever you like , that is your prerogative & so will I , but if you are taking your bat & ball home because you do not like my comment, then I feel sorry for you , its a forum & people say what they believe & I stand by what I say , rumours in my opinion are just that, you only have to reflect upon what was said about Woodrow , he got some right stick & the next thing there was a club statement announcing him resigning .

    Off topic I know but what a star Dolores O'Riordan was. I like watching Cranberries videos online and she was a brilliant performer, genuinely charismatic.
