Anyone else a victim of this?
Locking up before bed last night and found what was the third parcel in two weeks on the doormat.

I phoned Amazon after the first parcel and they emailed back that I may get more parcels while they investigate.

Thankfully don't use Amazon due to supporting independent bookshops. Pricier but ok with that

I can’t get my head around it but apparently a seller creates an account using someone else’s name and address, they then send you something that they are selling and use the fake account to add good feedback.
If you receive anything you are entitled to keep it.

Where you get sent unordered parcels to your door and they then count as sales so they can do a good review from your address. Tend to be low value items though.

Correct. my first was a set of brackets to fix a GoPro to a helmet.
Second was a set of Bluetooth ear buds and last night was a posture correction thingi.

Knowing my luck, I'd get 100 hand-knitted Wednesday scarfs.

Well, that doesn't sound too bad then. :D Seems like they've only managed to get your address from somewhere (probably not that difficult to obtain?), but I wouldn't be too worried about that. Why they're sending so many of those mystery parcels to you though, that's the real mystery here! Have the contents of the parcels been similar? Do you think they could all be from the same seller?

    Yes.
    This is Amazon’s reply..

I'm sorry for the continued unexpected deliveries. Our specialised team will investigate this internally.

Keep in mind you may continue to receive unwanted deliveries while a solution is implemented. There is no need to return the items. You're welcome to keep, donate, or dispose of them, whichever option is most convenient for you.

We hope to see you again soon.

The solution to this is really easy if Amazon actually wanted to stop it.

If a member of the public contacts Amazon saying they've been the 'victim' of this and an Amazon check shows they're correct then Amazon should allow them to write a negative review and also cancel the positive one

You can't just tell us that and then not tell us what was in them!

Edit: just seen your posts further down.
