We didn’t seem to play he as many longer balls today and a thought we looked much better for it too, the long balls we did play seemed to be more accurate and in areas where we could work there player as opposed to aimless balls up to Woodrow
It struck me today that we seem to be playing more through midfield now that Matty James has left. Can’t think why, but it does seem that way to me at least.
Whilst they had a few 1st team members missing we didn’t give them a second breathing space!! 71% possession and not one shot on target.......incredible really....we’d often got a least 5 men in there half and they didn’t have a clue what to do
Disagree, other than today and some at Watford, I think we've been doing more and more hoofball. However with Palmer starting the last 2 games it's been on the floor more. Hope him coming off at half time was just a precaution
